He represents private equity sponsors across the full investment lifecycle, advising on acquisitions, portfolio company matters and exits.

His experience spans private and public M&A, leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, joint ventures, restructurings, recapitalizations, take-private deals, and carve-out transactions.

In addition to his client work, he serves as global co-head of McDermott’s Private Equity Practice Group, sits on the firm-wide Management Committee and is co-Managing Partner of the New York office.
