• Successfully represented a leading oil company in connection with a mass tort and class action brought in state and federal courts seeking in excess of $1 billion in total damages relating to environmental contamination allegedly caused by a former refinery
• Successfully represented a multibillion-dollar holding company as an opt-out plaintiff in a federal securities action against a former auditor
