McDermott Will & Emery has advised ODDO BHF on the launch of the ODDO BHF Venture Capital Fund. The fund will invest in both venture capital funds and unlisted technology companies in America, Europe and Asia. The group is targeting a size of 200M€ for this fund.
ODDO BHF Venture Capital Fund will focus on three types of investments: primary, secondary and co-investment.
