McDermott Will & Schulte, a global law firm

Matthias Bosbach advises clients on all aspects of banking and finance law with a particular focus on acquisition finance, corporate finance and refinancing transactions. In addition, he regularly advises in connection with real estate financing.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, he worked as a (senior) associate at an international law firm in the area of corporate finance. Matthias completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne with stations at the Federal Court of Auditors (Bonn) as well as at two international law firms in Düsseldorf and New York City.
