May 18, 2026 – Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte is pleased to announce that Dana Dombey has been named to South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards 2026.
Dana represents private equity funds, strategic investors, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices in a variety of transactional and regulatory matters. She has assisted clients in connection with management and professional service arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. She also regularly advises clients with respect to state licensure issues, compliance, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement, corporate practice of medicine laws, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark law, and other federal and state legal, regulatory, and business issues affecting healthcare providers.
Beyond her client work, Dana is deeply committed to mentorship and community engagement, actively supporting legal service organizations and initiatives that expand opportunities for the next generation of lawyers.
